。仕込みや発酵といった酒造りの工程に加え、蔵の内部空間や周囲の環境を含めて撮影し、季節や時間の移ろいが自然に重なるよう記録している。
完成した酒そのものを説明するのではなく、酒が生まれるまでの過程や、背景にある日常の積み重なりを断片としてつなぐ構成としている。

Fukuwagura is a sake brewery established by Imuraya, a food company based in Mie Prefecture.
We handled film production for this project, documenting brewing processes alongside the interior of the kura and its surrounding environment. The film records the passage of time and seasonal change, focusing on the context and accumulation of everyday activity rather than explaining the finished sake itself.
